How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

отличный фонарь,не пожалел что взял
брал просто фонарь, акумы и зарядное у меня было. фонарь отличный, правда смутил небольшой люфт выдвижной линзы, а так всё отлично. доставка чуть больше месяца до Лиды. 3 режима, кнопка вкл чёткая
Доставка, упаковка, распаковка, целостность товара - всё отлично. В общем фонарь не плохой. Светит ярко. Аккумуляторы без маркировки, зарядник показал емкость у каждого около 1200 мА. Зарядное устройство и фонарь лучше брать с микро USB. Аккумуляторы тоже лучше брать отдельно. Светодиод на зарядном устройстве показывает не корректно окончание зарядки.
фонарь супер, сразу подумал, что не заряжает, но потом продавец подсказал, что нужно снять пленку с батареек. И сразу все заработало, спасибо ещё раз, рекомендую

Всё отлично. Фонари добрались быстро. В рабочем состоянии. Спасибо продавцу за предоставленные скидки. Лот, с аккумуляторами комплектными, в этот раз заказывать не стал. Взял на 3400махов у литокалла. Без пипки на + контакта не было. Пришлось напаять припоя на плюсовые контакты фонаря. После этих манипуляций усё стало норм. При зарядке горит красным, при завершении загорается зелёный. Светит ярко, претензий никаких.
Посылка пришла в идеальном состоянии. Сам фонарик в великолепном состоянии. Чтобы активировать датчик включения, необходимо нажать кнопку включения и подержать несколько секунд. Зарядка по прибытию посмотри на фотографии. 3.94 V. В этом магазине заказал и уже получил фонарик, теперь же и на головный, налобный фонарик. Настоятельно рекомендую всем этот магазин и этого продавца. Спасибо большое.

В этот раз отлично фонари. Только ишёл очень очень очень долго. Вопросы к качеству пламтик есть, сильно хрупки. Датчик работае отлично. Через 2 часа работы наченает припекать в лоб, а за корпус фоноря не взятся.
